In order to easily recognise, promote and enhance the certified quality of our meats, we have set up the Consortium for the promotion and enhancement of products obtained with the National Zootechnical Quality System, also known as theConsorzio Sigillo Italiano  (Italian Seal Consortium).

The Consortium, made up of all the SQNZ-certified Capofiliera, organises the entire livestock supply chain and coordinates the promotional activities of production, processing and distribution companies, with a precise mission:
inform consumers who choose ConsorzioSigillo Italiano-branded meats by highlighting the dedication of all the entrepreneurswho are part of the supply chain certified by third-party inspection bodies

Certifications, controls and analyses aimed at verifying the quality of our meat, as well as many other protection actions implemented on farms, are in fact a guarantee of the passion of an increasing number of producers committed every day to supporting Italian excellence in the world.

To identify all the productions obtained in accordance with the specifications, the Consortium logo was created, which we like to define as an umbrella brand: the symbol to look for when you want to bring to the table higher quality meats produced in Italy.
